then we look at the ballistic panel inside, after splitting the waterproof carrier, we can see the ballistics materials inside.
after we tested the NIJ 3A vest by 9mm Uzi ,the BFS is much lower than 44mm required by NIJ standard.
we check the ballistic panel layer by layer, we can see all bullets become mushroom -shaped and the framents are stuck in the middle of the ballistic panel. there is no penetration at all at the back side of the panel . we body armor performs well.
